To qualify for our money-back guarantee:
You must use the product consistently for at least 7 days
Provide video evidence showing your usage attempts over multiple days Submit clear documentation explaining why the product doesn't work for your specific needs
Contact us within 30 days of delivery
This guarantee ensures customers give our product a fair chance, as most users see significant results after consistent use. Without proper documentation of genuine us age attempts, we cannot process money-back guarantee claims for opened hygiene products.
14-Day Return Policy (Unopened Products Only)
For unopened products in original sealed packaging, we offer a 14-day return window.However, please note:
International Return Shipping:
Our fulfillment center is located internationally
Return shipping costs (typically S20-40) are the customer's responsibility Due to high international shipping costs, we often offer refunds without requiring returns as a customer courtesy

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care products such as Silicone EarTips and Slivor VisioEar that have been utilized cannot be returned. If these conditions are not met, we cannot process your return.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately atsupport@slivor.com with:
A clear photo or video showing the issue.
Your order number.
If confirmed, we will replace the item or offer a refund at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us at support@slivor.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items

Product Use and Responsibility:
Slivor provides clear instructions for proper product use both on our website and in the product packaging. We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or injuries resulting from improper use or failure to follow the provided instructions. Customers are expected to use the product according to the guidelines provided. Any damage or malfunction caused by misuse will not be covered under our return or warranty policy.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
If a refund is issued without a return (e.g., partial refund for inconvenience), the amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:
Used ear-cleaning tools and Silicone Ear Tips cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order has already been shipped and is in transit, cancellations are not possible.

Chargeback Claims:
We strongly encourage customers to contact us before disputing a transaction with their bank. Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue through our support may result in the dispute being contested with supporting documentation (tracking details, shipping confirmation, and our refund policy).
